Each fighter is ruled by the destiny of their Magatama, a small stone used as an earing. Among them, the most important figures of the Three Kingdom Era are reborn. Now, as fighters for their respective school gangs in Tokyo, will each fighter follow their destined future as dictated by their Magatana?

Pacing

As Hakufu, the main heroes and pair of boobs trolls between other trolls on endless and meaningless fightings "to the death", Ikkitousen brings us enlightenment and knowledge about the great myths they represent in an epic-like narrative. Each episode usually ends with a new impressive revelation equally important, it would seam, as how many scenes of nudity, rape, sex torture or meaningless fight the producers can fit into twenty minutes.

That's about all the plot and character development there is to Ikkitousen. Each episode simply shows near-naked Hakufu finding new near-naked friends to fight, or some random male character jerking-off a near-naked girl before (usually) getting his ass kicked by her, with a random girl-on-girl activity filling in for the lack of plot. Ikkitousen is one of those fighting-focused titles in which every special move (that you usually learn in a heart-beat) can either destroy a whole building or totally paralyze your opponent for hours without even scratching your skin (though, in Ikkitousen, it will paralyze you, destroy half the buildings surrounding you, rip of all of your clothes except a bare minimum to keep the title from getting hentai status, BUT will not scratch you – in fact, you can usually get together and do a more powerful move as if the more you are beaten, the more powerful you get)

By the time you see Hakufu pissing on her undies (only piece of clothing usually left after a fight) as she is strangled, you will understand all there is about Ikkitousen.

Conclusion

If the lack of continuity, plot, complexity or subtleness were not enough to get in pair with the pervertedness of this title that exists solely for the purpose of letting 30 year old single guys who never had a girlfriend to appreciate female bodies (since, it seams, by then they would have lost interest in real porn or hentai), Ikkitousen adds all new layers of randomness and futility on all aspects of a history-telling.

This title is only fit for those either eager for hentai or for mindless fighting sequences. Better yet, if you want to see girls with breasts the size of their heads fighting each other until they immobilize their enemies so they can sexually harass the "fallen" to the viewer pleasure. Other than that, keep away, no amount of brain damage is worth it, and if you want to see hentai ... go watch an hentai.
