I think you might wanna fix some of the outline a bit ^^.

For me, it seems like the outline sticks out a bit more than usual. While the background is bright with the lavish pink, white, blue and violet.

Though I do sorta find that the scan is dull. Seems like someone, unless it was you who added the light brown into the entire panty section. I guess for me who did a extraction of the same image, i feel it doesn't feel right ^^.

Otherwise, the background is very nice ^^

ps: I feel inspired to make a new scan or wallpaper now ^^

Well, for me it's already great the way it is now ^^
I only have one suggestion: maybe you could try to change the colors of the scan to a more pinkish one. Then the scan would match even more with the background (in this part specially - I guess the original scan background was blue)

er that's amazing, IMHO it's pretty much finished, seams very detailed, perhaps too much, my two cents:

1. Tone down the effects in foreground, in front of her, like here . Because the effect is subtle, it looks more like noise than an effect xD~
2. Not particularly too found of the huge text, detracts from the original beauty of the wall and it's waaaay yoo big, I don't like big texts on walls xD~

But even then, I still find it quite good ^^
