Os postes pra mim parecem um pouco estranhos. Não sei se é a sombra muito forte, mas eles não combinam tanto com o resto do fundo.

Why not motion (directional) blur on the front image and strong wind filter on the ghost layer? I dunno, just throwing up the obvious ideas.
Less transparent ghost layer probably needed especially if you use strong directional blur on it.

well, about the poles/posts/flags, i agree with hamster... but if you want remove them, what about trying to do a little wall that usually are around those skiing places (a "protective wall")?? it's just a suggestion... with some other characters of the anime behind the wall... it could be interesting... but i guess that this isn't like your style of walls... hehe... =p

about the shade: i think it's not necessary to increase... trees would look fine imo too... and the scenario looks just great for a skiing session... i've nothing much productive to suggest aside... ^^''

As for the some of the things marked out in the wall:
- I say remove (some, if not all) poles. I know it's about skiing but they do get in the way. Perhaps use fewer poles?
- Trees - rather than putting two trees in those places, why not consider a line of foliage in the middleground so we have the slopes near us, then a line of trees, and then the mountains can be seen in the distance above that. Sort of like the kanon 2006 ed (will upload cap when I get home).
- Not sure what you mean by shade, can't really see what's going on there. Care to explain?
