i think you could remove her necklace, since it seems like it's moving, and the pose of the girl doesn't shows that...
for the background, i also think you should apply more of the texture upon her, as anolibb said... PS: with that image, i feel that she would be better in the ground/floor, since she is wearing her shoes, and her back seems like she is with her back on a wall, or something like that... but really hard to think of anything else for now...  16 Wallpapers anolibb at 635 days
imo the bed is too small compaered to her and too blurred. make it more clear and also, the girl more "dirtier" or dunno to blend more with the background.
